Return and Refund Policy
All WAYmats carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact us directly at jen@waymat.com and include a photo of your defective product. We will examine it and get back to you with a resolution you ASAP! If deemed defective you will have the choice of a full refund or a replacement. All clothing is printed to order and non-refundable. If you wish to return your unopened and unused WAYmat, please contact jen@waymat.com for return instructions for a refund for your product, minus the initial shipping cost of freight to you. We do not provide a shipping label to return unused/unopened WAYmats.
