Need help with your Waymat?! Too bad!!!

The color of this Waymat was much lighter IRL than in the photos.
Upon inquiring about an exchange I was more or less told to go pound “sand”.

Any time I have tried to communicate with Waymat they take their sweet time to get back to you; and even then the answers are short, curt and almost always oppositional.

Waymat seems like a company that knows they have a captive audience (hot yogis) and therefore doesn’t need to make much effort to capture sales or provide customer service.
