Shipping and Duties 

Domestic shipping rates are based on the quantity of mats purchased. For our international customers please contact us at team@WAYmat.com to discuss and place an international order.

International orders must pay their country's taxes and duties upon arrival. Thank you.

IMPORTANT: Please note we need a physical address to ship to, a #PO box will not work. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Please note:

  • Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility.
  • Shipping options are based on shipping time once shipped from (your items have left) our warehouse. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process through our warehouse and shipping department.

Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please email our Customer Service Department at jen@waymat.com for instructions. All returned WAYmats that are still sealed in their original packaging with all tags still intact will be refunded - minus the shipping cost -  with preapproval of return via email. We do not provide a shipping label to return unused/unopened WAYmats.

Warranties

All WAYmats carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Please contact us directly at jen@waymat.com and include a photo of your defective product for defect review.  We will examine it and get back to you with a resolution you ASAP! Please treat your WAYmat like any other towel or garment when washing and drying. Colors may bleed a bit on the first few washes, so you may want to wash separately.
