Quality less than expected

I purchased 3 mats as I loved the concept of not having to take a towel and a mat to Bikram yoga. I thought it was a great concept. However, on the first wash, the towel portion of the mat is bubbling away from the rubber. I am not sure how long this will last and given the price, I am extremely disappointed. I attempted to contact customer service because I do not like to write bad reviews especially when I believe the seller is a small business. However, customer service was not reachable by telephone.
