Not bad....But

I was hoping for a mat that could handle hot yoga better. The mat is light, comfortable, easy to maintain. However, I sweat profusely and I def need to put an additional towel to absorb it. Also, the mat slips when water or sweat gets under the neoprene and the floor. So, I really like the mat but it does not do what I need it too. Maybe a thicker top layer???

The neo waymat works great for hot yoga on hard surfaces. I do wish it were a little longer and wider that's why 4 stars. As a 6 foot tall woman I find myself a little bothered by the fact that I tend to hang over the ends of the mat at times.
